Google Sign-In
Social Publisher uses Google sign-in to authenticate users who access private workspace features.
When a user signs in, the service may receive the user name, email address, and Google profile identifier needed to establish the account session.
Google account data is used only for authentication, account access, security, and support. It is not sold or used for advertising.
1. Information We Process
Social Publisher may process account information provided through sign-in, such as name, email address, and profile identifier, when a user accesses private workspace features.
The service may process content submitted by users, including post ideas, captions, image prompts, generated assets, selected publishing channels, and publishing status metadata.
The service may also process technical information needed for security and reliability, including IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and basic server logs.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the product, authenticate users, prepare social media drafts, connect workflow automation, show publishing results, and provide support.
Content and workflow metadata may be used to troubleshoot failed jobs, improve product reliability, and maintain a history of user-initiated publishing activity.
Social Publisher does not sell personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with trusted third-party providers for authentication, automation, hosting, content generation, storage, analytics, or social platform publishing.
When a user connects or uses a third-party platform, data may be sent to that platform only as needed to perform the requested action or maintain the integration.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for product functionality, auditability, security, support, or legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the operator. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, compliance, or backup integrity.
